This is the only app you need. I originally rated it four stars, but it just keeps getting better

Its too bad that a useful and reliable app starts to ruin its simplicity and usefulness by adding unnecessary bells and whistles. Where once it was just a press of the record icon and it started to record, now its press record, go to next screen, press record ( thereby missing the beginning of what you wanted to record) and all for the sake of some extra cool moving squiggles indicating you are recording? Informant is an organizational app. Keep it clean and functional for those who like it that way.

THE most used app on my iPhone. I have been using this app for over 4 years. Before that I was using Datebk6 on Palm for many years, but PocketInformant is even more useful. The developers care about their users too. New useful improvements are added just when I thought there wasnt anything else I needed. I organize my life using this app, and I trust it. Im a heavy user with over 1500 tasks and 1200 calendar entries (including completed/ past ones). The integration of calendars and reminders/to-dos is essential for me. This is a very feature-laden app and highly configurable to tune it to your liking.

If I had to delete all my apps except one, Informant would be the one I kept. Im not even kidding... It literally maintains my life.

This is my most used application. I started using it long before iPhones, but what they have been able to do with iOS is incredible. Each update continues to make the program more useful, and connected. Its quick and responsive, and completely customizable. You wont regret it!

Was impressed with it during the free trial so I purchased the full version. Now it crashes repeatedly and wants to take up all the available space on my iCloud storage. Very slow loading as well. It will empty your Apple calendar so you feel committed to continue using. There is a way back but it involves edit each event to use you iCloud calendar. So it can be very time consuming in preparing to abandon the app. Would not recommend it to an enemy let alone a friend. They should refund every purchase and start over.

A loyal Informant user ~paid, at that~ for more than 2 years, I am no longer a happy camper. With the last update, Ive lost EVERYTHING!!! All my events, tasks & notes have all disappeared. Is there any way to recover this lost data?

I have been using PI since its very early days in Palm, Windows CE, and now iOS. It just keeps getting better and is clearly the most robust, integrated, and flexible life manger out there. I can now link gmail calendar (multiple calendars), Evernote (notes), and Toodledo (tasks)in one powerful format. The native versions of these in PI are great too. Nice user interface. Worth every penny! If there is ever an issue the developer himself responds and quick. Just get this - powerful, flexible, but simple enough to use.

Ive been using PI since its inception. Support is top notch and they actually listen to their users. It is still my favorite app for GTD and I find it unlikely that I will change. Coupled with Evernote and my Google calendar, it gives me all I need to keep my day organized.

The best task/calendar app out there. I often try others, but always come back. No other app has the features and functional design this one has. Most dont even allow tasks and calendar in the same app (who wants to use two apps when you can use one?!) and the ones that do dont provide the same sort of integration (and syncing options) that PI does. Keep up the great work.

Tired of Blackberry and Windows Mobile users mocking your iToy? This is the calendar and task management app to get you organized and keep track of those things too important too ignore but too annoying to remember. Every version is better than the last, development continues at a steady pace, the developer rapidly fixes critical issues when they slip through. Ive brought and tried most of the Google Calendar out there, hands down, this is the one to get. Support is great too, if you contact them. If you whine in a review, well, not much comes of it.

With iOS 10, I have lost the full app I paid for long ago. No explanations. Just pop-ups reminding me to upgrade for a fee... service wont return my mail.

I upgraded my phone to iPhone 7 and I have lost my fully paid app as well and I am not getting a response from them is either.restoring from purchases just gives me the basics and takes away all the others that I have paid for and is asking me to pay again..... spoke too soon ..., support for back to me quickly and gave me a link to reset the app back to the full paid version ... thank you support!

Cant sync with Evernote! When can we do?

Please make "Maximum all day event show" up to 15 or unlimited. and, please make task texts on the week view as same as month view. (text only, no banner background)

①検索が1度しか出来ない ②イベントのフォントがおかしい ③Syncエラー 上記は今回のアップデートで修正されました。ありがとうございます。Touch IDにも対応して満足しています。 ただ、Setting→Manage Templateでテンプレート内のLocationを設定しても1度きりしか反映されないバグは直っていませんので引き続きお願いします。
