I use outlook and with gSyncit and this wonderful app all my notes, task and cals are in sync with desktop and best of all colors too!!!

If you have a busy life to plan, this is the hands down the best app and developer for the job. You will not be sorry. I run my manufacturing business with the help of this app.

Newest update erased all the info I had on the calendar. Very important information!!! Can you guys please figure that out. Every update, it does this and this is absolutely an inconvenient inconvenience.

I just downloaded the app but I cannot use it. Crashes immediately on the first screen.

I was looking for a calendar/todo all-in-one app. After spending lots of money on other apps, I finally came across Informant. Its very intuitive, has a pleasing interface, and the developers listen and respond quickly to any reports. 5 stars!

Especially love the 31 day availability on Focus view. Nice job!

I WAS a huge fan, but Im locked out after the last update. Now it simply crashes on startup after displaying "indexing calendar data for Spotlight" for about 10 seconds.

Suddenly the app wont stop nagging me. Alerts pop up for the same event every minute until I open the app. I didnt change anything in the settings, but now I am constantly dismissing notifications over and over as I am trying to do other work. Extremely annoying. I have used PI since the old pda days and I think its a fantastic platform. But lately its been very unstable, frequently crashing, and slow to respond to taps. I want to keep using it, but it simply has to get better or Ill move to an alternative.

Generally liked this app, in an earlier version, but the current one has a real disaster: when I assign a due date and an alarm to a task, it appears in the calendar appropriately. A few seconds later, the date and alarm information disappear. This reduces the usefulness of tasks about 99% for me. Have to make everything an event.

What were they thinking of..... 1st they they removed the beautiful book like feel (yrs. ago) with color tabs, it felt like you were using a real day planner ... it was the feature that caught my eye especially after Apple changed its look. NOW Its so unattractive nothings appealing to the eye .. No matter how you slice/tweak the settings - its just plain awful! The strange part is they told me this is by popular demand ..... So there you have it, you guys (meaning us) asked for it. I fell in love with this app but now I cant even use it.

Ive been using this app for several years. At the beginning it was much easier to use, but now has become quite cumbersome. I can no longer sync between my iPad and my iPhone and it became a chore to get these to work. I finally gave up. Now with the most recent update I am locked out of the app because it keeps crashing while it tries to "indexing for spotlight". I sure hope they fix this soon because I need to access my calendar!!

Do you guys ever test your app before updating? All it does is crash now. Cant even use it. Why change the app, it will never be the best calendar app out there! I have stuck with this App for years but have now had enough with the developers not doing enough testing before releasing a new version. And there is no need for constant changes. Have now found a great calendar app to replace this app that does nothing but crash

Have use Informant for years & this latest update is awesome! I have it on my iPad, iPhone & now on my MacBook Air! Also, customer service has been quick & very helpful! This is an app that I am in multiple times a day...the load time has gotten faster with each update, the integration with tasks & Evernote are flawless & each update has made me more dependent on Informant. A must have in my book!

Fixed many of the lags and slowness I was experiencing before. One thing I really want to see is when creating a new Task and associating it with a contact to have the option to Text Message as well as Call and Email.

Been using for years. New version crashes constantly.

Since the latest update I have been receiving alerts for the same items every minute until I open the app. This never occurred until the latest update. Its very annoying and even if I turn off the notifications it still occurs. Otherwise its still my main app.

Been using for a long time. Best Agenda / Calendar app hands down! Could we get a grey background on the focus view instead of just white.
