Very Disappointed in unmitigated greed

Yup. I agree with the complaints. I have been a customer of PI for many years. Suddenly my app quits working properly, and their support answer is: Your version is too old. It wont work with IOS9.
You will need to upgrade if you want it to work, and you will pay extra for the syncing features.
