Good app but why the high pricing?

Love the app and the features. However, I thought paying to get premium (11.99$) would also include having the possibility to sync across ipad and iphone but NO. They want me to pay another 16.99 for it. Lowering the prices or including everything together in premium would be more appealing and less frustrating for the users.
